Learning Outcomes and Application This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required to make strategic, planning and operational decisions in an oil spill response.The unit is applicable to personnel working in functional management roles within an incident management team who have the responsibility for ensuring the viability and success of a marine pollution, oil spill, response.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
